About Richard A. Marhefka

With 24 years of personal injury experience, Richard Marhefka has exclusively represented individuals involved in motor vehicle accidents, slip/trip and fall accidents, those injured by medical negligence, dangerous and defective products and those unfortunate cases involving wrongful death. Richard has obtained favorable results for his clients through jury and non-jury trials, arbitrations, mediations and has negotiated settlements for individuals who have been injured in accidents.

Additionally, Richard has authored a Personal Injury handbook that addresses the general questions that most people have following an accident and frequently asked questions specific to automobile and slip and fall accidents. He has also lectured and has presented seminars on various topics involving personal injury law.

Born, raised and still residing in the Alle-Kiski Valley, Richard enjoys lending his talents to a number of local boards and businesses. He is active in his church and volunteers with a number of neighborhood charities.
